Local Time at which time all bids received will be opened. Bids must be addressed to Kimberli Lindstrom, Director, HENRY COUNTY COURT SERVICES, 307 West Center Street, Suite 202J, Cambridge, IL 61238.SUBMISSION OF BIDS: A Bid Packet, included with the specifications, is bound together with the Invitation to Bid. The Bid Form must be filled in and submitted in a sealed envelope, which must be CLEARLY MARKED.REJECTION OF BIDS: Henry County Court Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any or all informalities in connection with the bids.PAYMENTS: Henry County Court Services shall pay 100% towards the net cost upon delivery of the vehicle and inspection of the vehicle by the Henry County Court Services Department. RETAILER’S OCCUPATION TAX: Sales of any kind to Henry County Court Services and other governmental bodies are exempt from Illinois Retailer’s Occupation Tax and the Service Use Tax.WARRANTY: See Specifications.CERTIFICATION OF BIDDER: The undersigned hereby certifies he has read, understands, and agrees, that acceptance by Henry County Court Services of the bidders’ offer will create a binding contract.
