Tender400032 IT Desktop and Mobile Computer Refresh Project Description :The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (NTPC) will be refreshing its corporate laptop/desktop computers in accordance with its annual evergreening program. To that end, the NTPC is looking for the following: Laptops/User Endpoints: • All end-user computing hardware should ship with a 3-year warranty - with the ability to have parts shipped to us for self-repair as needed. • All quantities below are subject to change based upon budget capacity; your quotation should be per individual unit. • Quantities below are based upon what NTPC believes they will cost under its 24/25 approved Capital Budget. These quantities are not guaranteed, and instead should be used to understand the scale of the need to assist the vendor what kind of volume NTPC is interested in. 15” Laptops -- (x 35 qty) NTPC is looking to refresh its fleet of laptops with a business/enterprise grade model matching as close as possible to the

below specifications: • 13th Gen i7 processor or better • 16GB RAM • Minimum 512GB SSD • Wifi & Bluetooth • TPM • No Touch screen • Windows Hello Compatible built in webcam • Windows 11 compatible but with No pre-installed OS • NTPC has Volume Desktop Licensing with Microsoft and understands that some Microsoft OS must be purchased with the device to be eligible for Volume Licensing. You will quote with the minimally costing OS option to meet these requirements –NTPC would prefer the hardware ship with no preinstalled OS. • Full size HDMI output • If no physical ethernet port is present, please also provide pricing for the appropriate dongle to facilitate. 15” Rugged Laptops (Toughbook type laptop) -- (x 10 qty) As above plus the following additional components: • Physical full sized ethernet port • At least one physical serial (COM) port o Ideally optically isolated • Minimum IP-53 rated o Protection against, dust, dirt, water ingress o Drop-tested from at least 3ft. o Extended operating temperature range (-20C -> +40C) 27” Desktop – All In One (AIO) – (x 10 qty) • Same specs as 15” Laptop, but an All-In-One device • At least one full sized HDMI or DisplayPort output ”Rugged” Desktops – (x 21 qty) As above - plus the following additional components: • Extended operating temperature range 0c – 40c • Increased resistance to dust, dirt, water ingress • Not necessarily All in One, small form factor preferred.
