The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has made a preliminary decision to approve Oil Search (Alaska), LLC application for Air Quality Control Minor Permit AQ1683MSS01 for the Nanushuk Processing Facility. Applicant: Oil Search (Alaska), LLC, P.O. Box 240927, Anchorage, AK 99524 Location: Northing: 7,802.4 km Easting: 592.0 km Zone: 5 Activity: Oil Search (Alaska), LLC applied for a minor permit under 18 AAC 50.502(c)(1) for NOx, SO­2, and PM-10/PM-2.5; under 18 AAC 50.502(c)(2) for the construction of a portable oil and gas operation; and under 18 AAC 50.508(5) for Owner Requested Limits to avoid PSD permitting for NOx, CO, SO2, PM-10/PM-2.5, and VOCs. Emissions: Emissions at the stationary source will be 182.83 tpy NOx, 246.76 tpy CO, 188.46 tpy VOC, 22.86 tpy PM-10/PM-2.5, and 146.85 tpy SO2.
