Bid C5611113-D - Transcription Services

The Contractor shall provide, on an as-needed basis, verbatim transcription services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Board of Parole Hearings (Board). The (primary and/or secondary) Contractor shall provide transcription services for hearings held throughout the State at all institution locations listed in Exhibit A-1, List of Institution Locations. The Contractor will not physically travel to the institution locations. Due to variable factors (postponements, stipulations, holidays, training, schedules, number of appointed commissioners, etc.), the Board does not guarantee a minimum number of hearings under this
