Fuel / Oil Dispensing System

The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida is soliciting a requirement for a Fluid Dispensing System (Item numbers and description in the SOW and LSJ Docs Attached). This RFQ is being conducted as a brand name requirement (LSJ Document Attached) and a 100% small business setaside.  Offerers must submit one firm fixed price quote for all of the line items included in this requirement. Partial quotes will be considered technically unacceptable. Quotes must be received via the SAM RFQ Tool by the date and time listed in the RFQ. Quotes that are posted late (i.e. after the date and time listed), incomplete, or at any location other than the SAM tool will be considered to be late and will not be evaluated by the Government. The Government will award a firm fixed price delivery order to the responsible offeror that submits a fully responsive offer determined to be the lowest priced technically acceptable quote.
