The design will also include complete lighting replacement (LED), modification to the chimney/boiler exhaust and possible boiler replacement. There is also a site work component to excavate and replace the parking lot (required for the new electrical service/switchgear to be placed outdoors) to include adding some parking spots and to include restriping of lot. The firm will be responsible for reviewing existing site

conditions and utilities, coordinating with utilities and BPS for design criteria, and preparing and facilitating construction documents pending NYSED approval.
