The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential sources capable of providing the services described below. Statement of Work: The Northern Arizona Veteran Affairs Health Care System (NAVAHCS) located at 500 North Hwy 89 Prescott, AZ 86313, is seeking contractors who can fulfill a continuous requirement to provide Pallet/Scale Jack Calibration and Certification to existing equipment as listed below. The contractor shall provide the load test and either pass or fail at the time of the test. All pieces of equipment that pass shall be certified as so with the Company name, phone number, inspection date, rated capacity, make, Serial number, inspector name and an expiration date of 1 year from the date of testing. There is one (1) pallet jack with a 10,000-lb. capacity so extra weights are required for it. Performance period for this contract will be no more than 30 days from the date of award, and will run continuously until all listed pallet jacks, scale jacks and forklifts have been calibrated and/or certified to satisfy the annual inspection requirements.
