Lawn Care Maintenance 2024 MM Solicitation Number :-SRC0000018041 Summary :-Annual lawn care service for the period October 17, 2023 through September 30, 2024. Property located at: Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences - Montgomery Medical 8160 AUM Drive Montgomery, AL 36117 Required services: Property must be mowed, ,edged, string trimmed, and blown off on each lawn service visit. Litter, leaf, and debris pick up will be performed on each visit to ensure a clean appearance. All curbs and sidewalks must be edged. Contractor must provide all labor, material equipment, and supervision. Services should be billed monthly and invoices should include date and time of service. Maintenance to also include spraying a herbicide (similar to Round-up) around the building and wooded areas around property perimeter as needed. Also to include fire ant control, and fertilization. Lawn Service Schedule: November-December Property should be visited once in November and twice in December to mow and remove leaves (3 lawn services). January-February: Property should be visited once a month to mow and remove leaves (2 lawn services) March: Property should be visited twice a month to mow and remove leaves. (2 lawn services) April-September: Provide lawn services on a weekly basis (28 lawn services) Total of 35 lawn visits for FY 2024. Please attach quote outlining services covered.
