This is a request for information (RFI) only. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this RFI. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI or any follow-up information requests that result in a contract. Sources are advised that participation in providing information in response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and may not ensure participation in future solicitations or awards.The purpose of this RFI is to notify industry of the United States Air Force's (USAF) intent for a future contract action and to conduct research into potentially qualified sources and their size classifications. This RFI constitutes one form of early industry involvement and the Government requests industry recommendations, opinions, and feedback. A solicitation does not exist at this time.I. REQUIREMENT: Warner Robins AFB, GA is seeking potential sources capable of providing all labor, equipment, tools and

materials required to refurbish and warranty eight (8) Tampa Microwave Satellite Terminal kits. See attached Item Description List for more detailed information.II. ESTIMATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (PoP): If solicited, the contemplated contract will have a 36 week period of performance starting at contract award. The total refurbishment process is expected to take eight weeks per terminal plus shipping time. The expected time to have each terminal refurbished is 36 weeks from contract establishment.It is requested that interested parties responses be received no later than 11:00 AM EST, 26 August 2019, to allow the Government the ability to make planning decisions.All interested parties who believe that they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing the complete information describing their capability and qualifications to provide the aforementioned services.Please include your company name, point of contact, address, telephone number, Duns & Bradstreet Unique Numbering System (DUNS) number, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and your firms' small business status and category (i.e. SB, SBD, WO, etc.).
