of Services The City of Irvine (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is requesting proposals to establish a contract for Risk Management Related Legal Services with work to commence on or about March 1, 2023 and be completed on February 29, 2028. Scope of Services in accordance with ATTACHMENT I, attached hereto. Other Details Minimum five (5) most recent years of experience performing similar services as those detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP. Notes Any requests for clarification or other questions concerning this RFP must be submitted via PlanetBids no later than the date and time specified on the cover page of this RFP. No verbal requests or requests made in any other format will be accepted. Questions must be submitted individually and not in a paragraph format nor combined in a single submission. Requests submitted for City’s consideration of proposed terms and conditions, including modifications to the City’s RFP and/or Contract terms and conditions must be submitted by the deadline for questions.
