PHA requires these products and /or services to ensure that employees are carrying out their duties in a fair and consistent manner, specifically when engaging with residents and other employees. Training such as this will help ensure PHA’s compliance with fair treatment best practices and laws. The work entails the vendor coming on-site to PHA on mutually agreed upon dates and times to complete medical evaluation questionnaires (MEQ) and respirator fit testing for approximately 550 employees on an annual basis.
