Request For Qualifications Lincoln County, North Carolina RFQ No. 2019-0207 Lincoln County is requesting that qualified firms and organizations submit a Statement of Qualifications to provide professional planning services to develop and deliver a corridor mobility study that analyzes three corridors in eastern Lincoln County. The study will have a significant public involvement component. Study components will include data collection and analysis of existing conditions along the three corridors (NC16, NC16 Business and N. Little Egypt Rd./St. James Church Rd.). Deliverables for the study are anticipated to include a series of transportation design alternatives that will include long-term improvements with mid-term solutions guided by funding options/opportunities. Submittal information, scope of services, statement of qualifications content, selection process, and general terms and conditions are summarized in this request for qualifications. Statements of
