Project: COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION, AND DISPOSAL OF MUNICIPAL SLUDGE: Request for Proposals (RFP) are for a one-year Contract with a qualified Contractor for full services to haul liquid municipal sludge produced from the Nesquehoning Borough’s WWTP. The Work will be performed under one Contract. After bid opening, the results will be available for viewing on the PennBid website. Bids will be referred to committee, awarded or rejected at the Nesquehoning Borough Council meeting to be held at 6:00 P.M., prevailing time, on November 15, 2023.No pre-bid meeting or site visit will be held. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on November 6, 2023; All questions must
