50900 Proposal to Issue a Successive Lease at the Iliamna Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 2A, Block 1200, consisting of approximately 32,100 square feet and Item 11 (fuel pipelines) consisting of approximately 1,500 square feet, for a total of 33,600 square feet (ADA-50900, successive lease to ADA-05427), at Iliamna Airport for 5 years, to expire August 1, 2026.  Applicant:  Pilot Asset Management LLC.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – Operation and maintenance of fuel storage tanks and underground fuel pipeline, dispensing and sale of fuel, storage of fuel trucks and vehicle parking.  Annual rent:  $3,460.80 (33,600 square feet x $0.103 = $3,460.80).
