The garages are of different construction, ages and general states of repair. A condition assessment of each garage is required as an

initial step in rejuvenation of the parking structures. Results from the assessments will form the basis for design of remedial actions and later execution of this work depending on the assessments. Deliverables for the condition assessments will occur in two stages. The initial stage will review available information and interview staff followed by visual inspections and submission of a preliminary report. The report will include findings and recommendations for non-destructive testing to be performed as part of the second stage. A final report will contain all inspection and testing results, recommendations for any additional assessments, and a recommendation on priorities for the repair work.
