Rental Inspections are a requirement to obtain a 3 (three) year City Rental License. The inspections will be grouped in batches of 50 (properties/inspections). The purpose of this Request is to reduce the backlog of the inspections necessary for the Code Enforcement Division, which is currently at an estimated workload of 5,000 Inspections over a 3-year span.
