Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College is seeking to purchase machinery/tables for the new AG Lab Center. ABAC will be purchasing the following items: Baileigh Model MLD-1022- Mill, Drill, & Lathe Combo; JET Model MBS-1018-3 mitering Horizontal Metal Cutting Bandsaw, 10¿x 18¿ Capacity, 230V 3PH; KNUTHE Labcenter 260 CNC Milling Machine, 480V/60HZ/2PH; BuildPro MAX Slotted Welding Tables, 2¿ X 3¿ with Nitrided Top Finish. 4x Adjustable 27¿-37¿ Legs + Mobility Casters; and

Scotchman Model 9012-24M 90 ton Ironworker. ABAC will be awarding as a package to one supplier. ABAC will consider any brand, model, and mandatory responsibilities that is capable of meeting or exceeding the following specifications for each piece of machinery. Overview of the eRFQ ProcessThe objective of the eRFQ is to select one or more qualified suppliers to provide the goods and/or services outlined in this eRFQ to the State Entity. This eRFQ process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from supplier for potential award. All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses, as further defined below. After evaluating all suppliers¿ responses received prior to the closing date of this eRFQ and resolution of any contract exceptions, the preliminary results of the eRFQ process will be publicly announced, including the names of all participating suppliers and the evaluation results.
