PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert intends to solicit for the New Mexico VA Healthcare System, Raymond G. Hayden Medical Center the requirement for Window Washing Services.
