Cisco DUO Essentials for Education Student Licensing

RFP PROPOSAL DEADLINE: April 18th, 2024 Purpose: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain proposals for Cisco DUO Essentials for Education Student Licensing. Crowder College is looking to purchase these licenses in a quantity of 10,000. Licensing to be quoted are as follows: 1. DUO-EDU-SUB/DUO-EDU-ESS-S/SVS-DUO-SUP-B from Cisco Systems, quantity of 10,000 student licenses Evaluation: Please include any special services you have included in your bid including but not limited to: warranty or product protection services, free or discounted shipping, or any other offers your company may provide. While price is important, the decision will also include 1) Customer Service 2) Responsiveness 3) Product Support. Timeline: The Junior College District of Newton and McDonald Counties, DBA Crowder College, is issuing this RFP on April 4th, 2024 and will review bid proposals following the closing date of April 18th, 2024 at 11:59 PM.
