Solicitation Description
The Office of Community Services (OCS), administratively attached to the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DLIR), is seeking a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA Firm to enter into a contract with OCS to provide services on behalf of the Hawaii County Economic Opportunity Council (HCEOC), a local Community Action Agency on Hawaii Island. The Contractor would assess the efficacy of HCEOC's written operating and fiscal policies and procedures as they relate to HCEOC's outward reporting obligations, federal program compliance

requirements, and the OCS contracts.
