Specifically, this PQR will establish a pool of Pre-Qualified Contractors for one or both of the following categories: a) Tier 1 – Basic Electronic Signature Software and associated Services, Materials and Additional Services; and b) Tier 2 – Advanced Electronic Solution and associated Services and Materials and Additional Services.
