The vendor shall furnish the following supplies. Seven (7) each 20’ containers with roll up and standard door(s) on one end. The desired outcome of this project is to provide a containerized out building that will be purposed as a weapons cleaning station for Oregon Army National Guard facilities listed in Section 1.4. Each container will ultimately hold equipment provided by the Government to include a Smartwasher SW-28XE Cleaning System, work table, flammable material cabinet, rag bin(s) and an air compressor.Construction Specifications:Approximate Exterior Dimensions: 20′ x 8.5′ x 8′ and should conform to ISO container sizing standards.Container will be new or like-new refurbished condition, free of corrosion, and weather tight. Existing fork lift pockets will remain useable/accessible.Exterior/Interior will be painted TAN in color. Paint must be industrial grade, paint specs will conform to federal standards.Interior space must be ventilated to outside.Interior dimensions will be ISO standardFraming will be constructed from no less than 8 gauge steel.Body panel construction will consist of no less than 14 gauge steel.Standard, one-inch thick wood floors.
