Ft. Tuthill Commercial Building Replacement

Description: The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals from licensed contractors for roofing construction services for a roof replacement on the Commercial Building at Fort Tuthill County Park. The Commercial Building was constructed in the 1930’s. The total building square footage is approximately 12,400 square feet. The current roof is a standing seam metal roof estimated to be ~40 years old. The roof consists of a main gable roof section with two shed roof sub-sections (photos in Attachment A).
