The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Concurrent Real-Time for maintenance with the exact capabilities listed on the specification sheet. Concurrent Real-Time has platforms that simulate the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) weapon system. The architecture requires highly specialized platforms with unique maintenance requirements. As a result, there is no other known supplier who can provide the maintenance with the capability required to execute the task. The products are Concurrent Real-Time products with proprietary maintenance
