This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offeror shall submit this document and the solicitation completed fully in its entirety back to the contracting office.This is a service requirement to provide all plant facilities, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and any other items and services necessary to perform

pickup/delivery laundry and dry cleaning services in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) over a five-year ordering period. The Contractor shall receive, account for, process and return all items tendered for cleaning at Hunter Army Airfield and Fort Stewart, GA.This notice shall be considered a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation number is W9124M-24-R-0004. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-02. Effective Date 22 January 2024. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812320 Dry cleaning and Laundry Service (Except Coin-Operated) with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $8.0 million. All proposals shall be received no later than 02:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), 15 April 2024 via e-mail to addresses provided.
