DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING STUCCO REPAIR PROJECT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Truckee Donner Public Utility District, Nevada County, California, herein referred to as the "DISTRICT," will receive sealed proposals at the District office, 11570 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, California 96161 until 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 22, 2024, at which time they shall be opened and publicly read for construction of: DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING STUCCO REPAIR PROJECT The WORK of this Contract comprises the repair of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of building exterior stucco finishes on the west exterior wall and various smaller cracks and repair locations around the south and east exterior walls of the Truckee Donner Public Utility Districts Main Headquarters facility. Mobilization, signage installation, and protection of the construction site. Preparation and demolition of existing exterior wall stucco finishes. Repairs and new stucco wall finish application to match and blend with existing. Each bid must conform to the

requirements of the contract's documents, which may be obtained by contacting contracts@tdpud.org, (530) 582-3914.This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. In accordance with the provisions of SB 854, no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. Prevailing Wages must be paid for work on the project as required by law. These rates are set forth in a schedule located at the District office; said schedule is available to any interested party on request. The Truckee Donner Public Utility District specifically reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities or informalities in any or all bids, be the sole judge of the suitability of the items offered and to accept any bid that it determines to be in its best interest.
