Keysight Technologies 3 day on-site training for Advanced Design Systems (ADS) Fundamental Class in ADS for 12 students2. Keysight Technologies 3 day on-site training for Advanced Electromagnetic Simulation Topics in ADS, 12 students3. Technologies, Inc. 1900 Garden of the Gods Rd. Colorado Springs, COO 80907-3423, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(B). This is being sole sourced because Keysight Technologies is the OEM of the software, and have all necessary personnel, engineering data, libraries, and mathematical models, required for development of and delivery of training for the ADS and EMPro software. The software is proprietary to the training provider. There is no other vendor that possesses the depth of knowledge in the employment of these tools. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
