ProcureNow, or may be obtained at the Brentwood City Hall at 5211 Maryland Way, Brentwood, Tennessee, 37027, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Proposals must be submitted in the format specified in the Request for Proposals. All proposals will be due on
Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at
2:00 pm local time.Questions concerning the Request for Proposals should be submitted through the City’s e-Procurement Portal,
ProcureNow. Verbal submitted quotations will not be accepted. The City of Brentwood reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities in a proposal,

and to accept any proposal, which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City.2. BackgroundThe Engineering Department plans to complete a scanning project for Engineering paper files (11"x17" or smaller) and full-size drawings (24"x36") creating a digital archive for these folders. It is estimated that 21 four-drawer filing cabinets and 15 banker boxes will be archived. Pick-up, prepping, creation of an archive folder for each project, scanning documents (black and white only), and shredding of documents upon completion of scanning is within the project scope.
