Wide Format Printer Ink Sources Sought

DCSO - P New Cumberland is requesting information for sources that can supply the wide format printer ink cartridges listed in the attached documents for market research purposes only. Delivery will be located throughout CONUS and foreign OCONUS location Ramstein Germany (DE). The Government has provided two spreadsheets for interested vendors to submit their pricing; Attachment 1 – Govt Contracts Pricing and Attachment 2 – Open Market Pricing. Interested vendors shall use Attachment 1 for the submission of pricing that is covered by Federal or Department of Defense contracts (i.e. GSA, NASA SEWP, etc…) and vendors shall use Attachment 2 for the submission of pricing covered by open market pricing. Interested vendors shall complete the pricing columns for any wide format ink cartridges they can provide along with provide pricing for any ARO they can support (overnight, 7 day, 15 day and/or 30 day). Interested vendors shall use the attached documents when submitting their pricing and

not submit pricing using their own methods. This is a request for information only and in no way obligates the Government to purchase any items.This request for information (RFI)/sources sought notice is being submitted for market research purposes only. Additionally, this RFI/sources sought notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Also, this RFI/sources sought notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.All interested vendors shall submit their response by 02 November 2020.
