The compliant product is available solely from HBM, Inc., as HMB, Inc. has proprietary rights to all of their products and have no authorized resellers. The NAICS code is 541511 and the business size is 27.5 million dollars.The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a sole-source basis to Hottinger Baldwin Measurements, Inc. The proposed action is for modular amplifier system components, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by 11:59AM on 08/03/2018 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
