INVITATION TO BID Elevator Modernization - Downtown Campus Administration Building College File No. 2024C-32 NOTICE TO LICENSED GENERAL AND ELEVATOR CONTRACTORS: Florida State College at Jacksonville (here in after referred to as the “College”, “Owner” or “FSCJ”) is soliciting bids for the modernization of two elevators. Only one elevator can be out of service during this time. The modernization project will meet all current code requirements for local and state. Scope of work defined per plans and specifications prepared by Pond & Company dated 2/24/2024 and 4/4/2024. Including the Original As-Built Drawings prepared by KBJ Architects and the Elevator Evaluation Assessment Report Phase I generated by Pond & Co. dated 1/25/2024 titled “FSCJ ADMINISTRIVE OFFICES ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION EVALUATION FINAL REPORT PHASE I.” This project is being funded through the State of Florida Department of Education from the Federal American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021, Coronavirus State Fiscal
