This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-0067.  This procurement is 100% Buy-Indian set-aside under NAICS code 334111 with a standard business size of 1,250. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price quote to provide information technology equipment for the Oklahoma City Area-OEHE-SFC Division.  The period of performance for this requirement is 45 days from the Award Date. The closing date for receipt of quotes is July 09, 2021 at 5pm CST.  Offers shall be submitted to the Oklahoma Area Indian Health Service, 701 Market Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73114 or emailed to
