Description The Southeast District requests pricing to establish a fixed-price agreement supplying commercial mix for pavement repairs from March 1, 2018 through February 28, 2019. All material must meet the specifications as described in Sections 401 through 402 of the 2017 Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction and any revisions. Vendor selection will be based on availability, cost, and distance to repair site. Prices are to remain firm during this period. Should economic

conditions warrant a price adjustment, submit a letter of explanation to this office.
