The changes incorporated via AMD 0005 are directly correlated to Question #23 and 24 of the Q&A List dated 3 Feb 2020. AMD 0004 already extended the RFP closing date in anticipation of these changes.Updated (6 Feb 2020):  The purpose of this update is to upload AMD 0004 to the Attachment/Links section of this annoucement. AMD 0004 extends the RFP closing date from 10 FEB 2020 to 24 FEB 2020. A forthcoming amendment is in process to change the packaging instructions for

Question #22 resulted in AMD 0003 to the solicitation which has also been uploaded to the Attachment/Links section. PLEASE NOTE: The RFP closing date WILL BE EXTENDED from 10 FEB 2020 to 24 FEB 2020 as a result of Question #23. The new closing date will be incorporated via AMD 0004 in the next couple days.
