NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD Eff. 7/23/2023 On June 1-2, 2023, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 306. The regulations concern enforcement action process.The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on June 23, 2023, and are effective on July 23, 2023. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.
