Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the State Board of Public Accountancy. On February 9, 2024, the State Board of Public Accountancy adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 4 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations dealing with updates to permit, examination, and license requirements, and dates for materials adopted by reference. The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on March 13, 2024, and will go into effect on April 12, 2024.
