Other Details The project area is not open to the public; however, a non-mandatory pre-proposal site visit has been coordinated for interested proposers to visit the site and familiarize themselves with the existing conditions, on May 24, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at 2480 Impala Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92008. Please assemble outside the gate and city staff will escort you in at 10 a.m. All questions must be received prior to June 14, at 5 p.m. and submitted via online Q&A in PlanetBids.
