REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR DISCOVERY PARK BOULEVARD & 8 th AVENUE PARK COMPLEX The City of Safford, Arizona (City) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Experience from professionals to provide master planning and design of a park complex including phasing and construction plans, bid documents and specifications, bidding assistance, and technical assistance throughout construction.
