Project: Unemployment Claims Management Ref. #: BQZ22-00020489 Type: CSP Status: Open Open Date: Oct 6th 2022, 9:00 AM CDT Questions Due Date: Oct 17th 2022, 5:00 PM CDT Close Date: Nov 4th 2022, 1:00 PM CDT Days Left: 3 Project Description:The purpose of this RFCSP is to obtain a solution for managing approximately two hundred (200) unemployment claims processing on behalf of the City of Dallas (City) for current or former employees. The solution will be required to transform raw Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) data into digestible employer reports for claims and claim outcomes (won vs. lost), earnings. adjustments, and TWC refunds. The Solution must also provide for the generation of customized reports and auditing of TWC claims and reports. Other internal resources engaged in this process include the HR Partners (also known as Business Partners) as well as support offered by the Texas Workforce Commission responsible for overseeing this process on behalf of the State of Texas.
