Description: PC / Leeper Joint Venture is accepting applications for subcontractor prequalification for the Mallard Creek WRF Phase 1 Improvements Work Package 3. Package 13.01 – Equalization Facilities In general, the scope of work consists of the work required to construct two new Equalization Tanks for the MCWRF Phase 1 project. The work specifically includes construction of two (2) prestressed concrete circular tanks – in accordance with AWWA D110 Type II. The work also includes all associated trades including sitework, concrete and architectural finishes. Coordination will also be required with other bid packages at the tanks, specifically the instrumentation, process equipment and process controls. Package 15.25 – Biosolids Handling In general, the scope of work consists of the work required to complete the modifications to the existing Biosolids Handling Building for the MCWRF Phase 1 project. The work specifically includes but is not limited to; treatment process improvements
including centrifuges, chemical storage and piping and process piping. The work also includes all associated trades including concrete modifications, architectural finishes and associated electrical work. Coordination will also be required with other bid packages at the Biosolids Handling Building, specifically the instrumentation and process controls. Package 15.30 – Balance of Facilities In general, the scope of work consists of the work required to complete the modifications to the existing 1) Alkalinity and Feed Storage System, 2) Grit Removal Area, 3) Day Tank and Intermediate Pump Station and 4) Equalization Pump Station. The work specifically includes but is not limited to: Concrete modifications, process piping and treatment equipment and chemical storage and piping. The work also includes all associated trades including sitework, concrete modifications, pre-engineered metal building and architectural finishes. Coordination will also be required with other bid packages at these facilities, specifically the electrical and instrumentation and process controls.
