Construct Park and Ride Area

This is a Design-Build project to build parking lots in the vicinity of Building 2580, Visitor Center to support the rebuild effort of Tyndall Air Force Base by the PMO and CES. The areas of construction are outlined in the drawing in Appendix B. The parking area will support construction vehicles from the PMO and CES rebuild effort as well as provide a parking location for vehicles of displaced base employees.  The Design-Build Team will consist of a Construction and design team Designer of Record (DOR) that shall perform the services herein and as described in this Statement of Work (SOW).The purpose of this amendment is to extended the solicitation due date by 14 days from 2:00 PM CDT on 28 July 2021 to 2:00 PM CDT on
