WLM WLB Machinery Plant Control and Monitoring System

Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  The United States Coast Guard intends to solicit to a sole source award to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. to provide grooms, configuration management and technical support to the Machinery Plant Control and Monitoring System (MPCMS) and related sub-systems onboard WLB-225 A Class, WLB-225 B Class, and WLM-175 class vessels (see attached redacted J&A).  The duration of this contract will be 5 years from date of award.  The award will be for task orders to be fulfilled within sixty (60) calendar days of receipt from the Government.  This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR subpart
