NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION LAS 34962 STEVEN PERRINS DBA THE PERRINS’ RAINY PASS LODGE Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following: APPLICANT: Steven Perrins dba The Perrins’ Rainy Pass Lodge PROJECT NAME: LAS 34962 GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located on the eastern portion of Kodiak Island on the state-owned uplands of Eagle Harbor within Ugak Bay. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SE1/4NE1/4 Section 1, Township 32 North, Range 22 West, Seward Meridian REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicant is requesting a land use permit for a year-round commercial recreation camp consisting of a 22-foot by 26-foot hard-sided cabin structure and a 3-foot by 3-foot outhouse to be used in support of big game guiding and other commercial recreation activities.
