The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), in support of Army, is seekingresponses from authorized partners/distributors/ wholesalers that can provide a softwaresolution, support service and installation services.This is a RFI and no contract will be awarded pursuant to this announcement. This RFIdoes not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a contract will be issued.The Government invites comments. Interested parties should submit their indication ofinterest, along with the following: documentation addressing the technical and supportspecifications for their solution; a Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) (See Appendix A) ofthe total costs to the Government including support for functional, security, and bug fixesas well as enhancements and improvements; recommended solution implementationincluding network topology and services architecture; technical point of contact; anyproprietary/non-disclosure data requirements; listing of references or guides for (as aminimum)

The Government will not pay forinformation received in response to the RFI.DESCRIPTION: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FORSERVICES/WORK THAT REQUIRES TOP SECRET CLEARED PERSONNEL.1. INTRODUCTIONThe Government is seeking responses from commercial vendors or integrators that canprovide an Enterprise deployment and accreditation of Trusted Gateway System (TGS),High Speed Guard (HSG) solution.1.1 OVERVIEWProcure software and professional services from industry to include Site Survey, Pre-Onsite Engineering Services, Pre-Onsite Support Services, TGS and HSG OnsiteImplementation Services, Test Services, and post-Onsite Services.1.2 PURPOSE2The purpose of this RFI is to determine the availability of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf(COTS) solutions that could support a Cross Domain Solution (CDS) EnterpriseImplementation solution.The Government is seeking information from industry, on the availability andfunctionality of a CDS solution. Ultimately, it is the Army’s goal to acquire the capabilityto provide a hardware/software and support services solution. The CDS Enterprise iscomposed of software and hardware. All software products will be installed andconfigured with the hardware to ensure that the desired capability works. All softwareand hardware are unclassified, but the hardware will become classified to the level ofdata that is being processed. Support services will be CONUS cleared Governmentfacilities up to the TS/SCI level and at their own classified facility in Herndon, VA. Thehighest level of facility clearance required for the contractor to perform on this contract isTOP SECRET. TOP SECRET clearance is only required at government facilities. Thehighest level of classified material the contractor will be required to safeguard at its ownfacility is SECRET. Note that only certain contractors working at Government facilitiesshall require TS/SCI clearances to perform their job duties.Vendors are asked to recommend a solution based on the information provided in thisdocument.
