The District's mission protects public health and the environment through world-class, cost-effective water resource management, leadership, and partnership. The District is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Administrative Coordinator in the Technical Services Division. The Administrative Coordinator, under the direction of the Manager of Contract Compliance, will provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Office of Contract Compliance (OCC) in accordance with District policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day office activities (scheduling, filing, and
coordinating hardware/software needs such as maintenance of the OCC common drive relating to the Operations & Management (O&M) Agreement and SharePoint) and provide administrative support.Prepare and review Lawson requisitions for approval by the Executive Director and Director of Technical Services. Process purchasing requests and track purchase order information for the OCC.Coordination of all natural gas and landfill gas transactions. Prepare natural gas purchasing forms, obtain District approval, and execute orders with natural gas supplier. Manage all natural gas account transactions via supplier website. Maintain natural gas transaction database and tracking system and all other records. Provide related reports as necessary.Process mail, maintain supplies, and complete miscellaneous office maintenance.Prepare commission documents.Complete special projects as assigned. Marginal job duties: Serve as back-up to other support staff and the District's receptionist to ensure continued staffing during business hours.
