NoBid Synopsis: The City of Madison Engineering Division requests proposals from qualified and experienced environmental consulting firms to provide environmental site assessment services to the City. Assessments may be conducted on land owned or being considered for purchase by the City of Madison or in the right of way during construction activities. Because this is an umbrella contract in which selected firms will work on an as-needed basis, a specific scope of work is not outlined in this document. Once a City department or agency recognizes a need to contract environmental services, that entity will define the scope of services and request one or more firms prepare a site- specific work plan and cost estimate, with a “not to exceed dollar amount”, prior to initiating on-site activities.
