(MTI), 815 Cerise Road, Billings, MT 59101 for Building Automation System (BAS) Upgrade services to the existing HVAC system at Canyon Village Visitor Education Center. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the sole source authority used for this purchase is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The required services support an established system designed and furnished by MTI, which is based on proprietary information and which no other contractors have access to. The maintenance and technical support services, along with licensing to maintain and upgrade the system, are only available from MTI. The Service Level Agreement (BAS) will provide Yellowstone National Park with regular software upgrades and remote support by telephone and internet service from the factory for the Canyon Village Visitor Education Center.
