The COF effort will provide a broad range of Cyberspace Operations Forces (COF) capabilities to provide cybersecurity defense for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) enterprise. This will be Security Operations Management/Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) services for on premises and in cloud environments. The major associated activities that the contractor shall perform are cybersecurity boundary defense; infrastructure support; intrusion detection monitoring and incident management; cyber threat analysis; security solution administration; insider threat detection and analysis; cybersecurity forensic analysis; data scientist for zero trust, policy analytics, Splunk, and continuous improvement and optimization. The anticipated acquisition strategy for the COF requirement is to leverage GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule Information Technology – Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Number. The COF requirement is planned to be set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 541519.The anticipated base period of performance is 01 September 2022 – 30 September 2022, with a one-month transition beginning on 01 August 2022.
