REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI):

The Department of the Air Force is conducting market research to determine the degree of interest and capability by industry in providing installation services for the C-130H Avionics Modernization Program, Increment 1 (ADS-B Out) on a total of 170 aircraft. Any response to this notice must be accompanies by details expressing clear and convincing evidence of prospective contractor's experience, capability and capacity to perform this requirement. The information collected is for market research. This RFI serves as a market survey to query the capability of the market. The NAICS code for these services is 541330.Vendors must specifically address and clearly demonstrate capabilities and resources through responses to the following:• Provide evidence that your company currently has fully trained employees available in the following labor categories, knowledgeable of C-130 aircraft modifications:- Avionics technicians (minimum 12 FTEs)- Sheet Metal Mechanics / Technicians (minimum 12

FTEs)- Electricians (minimum 24 FTEs)• Are the employees fully trained and able to travel/deploy extensively in teams of 4 (1 Avionics Tech, 1 Sheet Metal Tech, 2 Electricians) for a period of 12 months to multiple locations in the Continental United States?• Describe the company's capability to safely keep and track Government-Furnished Property? Provide evidence of your procedures.• Describe the company's capability to provide organized billing and invoicing procedures?
