Work includes replacement of the existing Title V septic system and the installation of a new 3,000 gallon H2O two compartment septic tank, 500 LF Presby Leaching Field, and associated 4” Sch. 40 PVC piping. The Invitation for Bid will be available starting on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Copies of the documents may be obtained at the Office of the Town Administrator, Seekonk Town Hall, 100 Peck Street, Seekonk, MA 02771, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and on Friday between 8:30 and 12:00 p.m. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024 in the Town Administrator’s Office, Seekonk Town Hall, 100 Peck Street, Seekonk, MA 02771 A non-mandatory Pre-bid Conference and Site Walkthrough will be held by the Owner and Engineer at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding and to reject or accept any and all general bids and filed sub-bids if it deems it in the public interest to do so.
